Bâtiment B

Bâtiment B was planned, built, and operated using the BIM (Building Information Modelling) method. The digital 3D model streamlined and industrialised construction processes, contributing to a reduced carbon footprint.

To optimise the building’s operation, all elements and equipment were detailed in the model to give information about composition, the type of maintenance required, maintenance deadlines, and the recyclability of materials used.
