The bluefactory district is a place of creation, innovation and excellence.  BFF SA selects tenants who meet criteria set out in the site’s charter of use.

In line with the bluefactory site’s development strategy, BFF SA launched a call for tenders in January 2022 aimed at Swiss investors interested in constructing multi-purpose buildings on a site of 41’000 m² in the form of a surface right (DDP). Construction start-up is planned for the end of 2025.
