For bluefactory district tenants (blue subscription)

bluefactory community members are eligible for a rental reduction for trips in town. To benefit from this reduction:

• Ask for your reduction code at bluefactory reception
• Create your free online account on the carvelo2go
• Book the vélo-cargo delivery bike via the platform quoting your reduction code
• Get the key and battery from the box provided quoting your booking code *
• Return the vélo-cargo delivery bike to the front of the Neighborhub in the same state and condition in which you found it
• Put the key and battery back in the box (using your booking receipt)

For the general public

No reduction on rental. Follow the procedure above
